Issue de la loi \u00ab Pour la Libert\u00e9 de choisir son avenir professionnel \u00bb de 2018. Cette certification vise \u00e0 renforcer la visibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat sur l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019argent public.
